Copperworks are thought leaders and cemented American Single malt as a category in the USA, winning craft distillery of the year in 2018. This Batch 1 bottling of their 3-year old American single malt is a delicious dram with flavours of sweet fruits and charred oak. The distillery is based at the Elysian Brewery and although no hops are used, some claim a hint of hops in the finish and this is captured on the wonderful label. Cheers!
