A mashbill of 68% corn, 16% wheat and 16% barley is distilled in Hilda; their purpose-built 1000 litre pot/column hybrid Still. This is then matured in new American oak casks for around 1-year to produce a liqour that is a great alternative for the bourbon drinker. It smells young, but it tastes really good with notes of caramel, spice, tropical fruit and oak... Perfect over ice or in your favourite bourbon based cocktail. Cheers
