This is an award-winning single cask release from Henstone, using ex-Heaven Hill Bourbon casks to age the spirit for 3-years and 6-months. All non-coloured and non-chill filtered and each bottle has a hand-written label to capture the specific Batch information. Although a young distillery, the whisky is impressively soft and sweet, with complexity and notes of dried fruit, salted caramel, nuts and spice...
